• 国外学历评估: Graduate applicants who completed all or part of their education abroad are required to have their foreign credentials evaluated. 这取决于项目, the evaluation required will be a “general” or a “course-by-course” evaluation with a grade point average from each institution attended. • 英语作为外语考试(托福): The minimum university requirement for TOEFL is 500 (Paper-Based Test) and 61 (Internet Based Test).

Exceptions: Non-Native speakers of English are not required to submit proof of English language proficiency if they meet one of the following:

1. Completion of at least three years of secondary education from a high school based in the United States or abroad with full curriculum of instruction in English.
2. Completion of at least three years of secondary education from a high school based in a country where English is the majority native-speaking language, or where English is the primary language of instruction starting in the primary grades.
